CHARLES PEHRSON
Account Executive
In the sleepy town of Forest City, Iowa, Charles Pehrson, Celarity Account Executive, spent his teen years bagging groceries and envisioning the day when he would be the next big star in the Hollywood firmament (like his "Dukes of Hazzard" heroes, Bo and Luke). Though he encountered some early setbacks (a broken elbow tumbling off a picnic table while playing the part of a pirate, and a scandalous kindergarten reputation for kissing a girl on a bet), Charles was undeterred and continued to persevere.
Upon receiving his BA in Theatre Arts from Simpson College, Charles recognized that he needed to eat on at least a semi-regular basis. Thus he worked as a Teacher, a Recruiter and Business Development Manager for an international staffing agency and eventually, a modeling/acting School Director... doing all while pursuing an acting career. While he did land some parts, Charles realized that his staffing work was more fulfilling. Accepting that no one would pay him to catapult in and out the windows of a souped up car (like Bo and Luke), Charles shifted his focus to staffing.
With a keen sense of perception and the business savvy of an industry insider, Charles makes the perfect Account Executive--talented at discerning the needs of a hiring manager, while expertly communicating that information to the Celarity Recruiters, who in turn find the perfect fit for every role.
Meanwhile, wife Lisa and daughter Molly (along with the next Pehrson star soon to debut) are now the only cast with whom Charles wants to share his life stage.
