The Position Description Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator you will provide a positive first impression to customers on the phone or face-to-face while performing various support functions necessary for company operations.
- Type: Permanent Position
- Hours per week: 40 hours
- Location: Greater Twin Cities Area, MN
As an Administrative Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
- Oversees, coordinates, and maintains daily office communications and scheduling.
- Assists/leads special projects insuring completion or smooth transition of duties if necessary.
- Coordinates company meetings and gifts.
- Assists with contract and special project assignments from legal and human resources teams as needed

You Must Have:
- Associates degree – Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience required working in an office environment
- Ability to use a computer and standard business and other work-related software with minimal instruction
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
