Job Description

The Role:

We are on the hunt for a Business Support Specialist to coordinate events, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate records for our client. You are a self-starter with a entrepreneurial mind set who enjoys staying up-to-date and organized with any task thrown your way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that office inventory and supplies are ordered and stocked
  • Coordinate industry conferences, focus groups, sales meetings & company events
  • Ensuring accurate documents are created and maintained
  • Perform data analysis while working directly with the sales support team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of contract management & sales support experience
  • Intermediate Salesforce Admin experience
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel + other office tools
  • B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
