Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will guide our members in maximizing their digital marketing efforts through expert coaching, strategic insights, and actionable advice.

• Type: Fulltime
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid)

Day in the Life:

• Conduct daily digital marketing coaching sessions via calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Collaborate with marketing coaches and teams to enhance member engagement and coaching quality.
• Create and lead digital marketing workshops, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Partner with digital marketing agencies for insights and support for our members.
• Document all member interactions in the CRM and manage communication effectively.

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a coaching/management role in digital marketing.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Suite/Advertising, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a digital focus or equivalent experience.
• Experience with a broad range of digital marketing tactics and channels.
• Google Analytics and/or AdWords certifications are preferred.
