The Position Description Overview:

As a Marketing Procurement Specialist, you’ll support the Category Solutions Manager in the media, advertising, digital, customer solutions categories, and business management. 

• Type: Contract Position
  
• Length: 2+ months 
  
• Location:  Remote for Minnesota candidates only 
  

As a Marketing Procurement Specialist, a typical day might include the following:

• Research supply base and industry/marketplace
  
• Conduct analysis on industry, regional and divisional requirements and suppliers
  
• Provide analytical support during the vendor screening and vendor selection process
  
• Recommend process improvements to streamline for efficiencies
  
• Develop and drive fact-based negotiation with various profile vendors within assigned categories

You Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree
  
• 2+ years of relevant experience
  
• Strong project management skills
  
• Strong analytical, influence, and negotiations skills 
  
• Proficient within Microsoft Excel 
  
• Ability to manage external and internal relationships
