Job Description

The Role:

We searching for a Media & Connections Coordinator to join our client’s team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your organizational skills to manage appropriate vendors for media occasions, insertion orders, and budgets.

You are an excellent communicator to arrange client-facing media schedules as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail. Your strong analytical skills will come in to play when managing media buys and data input. You are a fantastic multi-tasker and can handle anything that comes your way!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing budgets and ensuring requirements are met
  • Identify appropriate vendors for media opportunities
  • Arrange client-facing media schedules & managing media buys

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of media/marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent within Microsoft Excel
  • Social media experience is a plus
