The Position Description Overview:

As a Patient Service Specialist, you’ll leverage your problem-solving skills to provide technical advice to customers, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel by responding to product-related questions.

  • Type: Contract Position
  • Contract Length: 12+ months
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Greater Minneapolis Area

As a Patient Service Specialist, a typical day might include the following:

  • Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
  • Taking phone calls from patients that have implanted medical devices and caregivers, answering their technical questions.
  • May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Background in Customer service/call center experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
