The Position Description Overview:

As a Senior Packaging Design Project Manager,  you’ll lead a diverse array of projects from simple to highly complex global packaging artwork, through creative / design, adaptation, production art to print.

• Location:  Remote for Minnesota candidates only 
  

As a Senior Packaging Design Project Manager, a typical day might include the following:

• Collaborate across many functions/disciplines (marketing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, regulatory, etc.), with external agencies and printing companies.
• Drive global artwork consistency and design content accuracy within brand guidelines, while effectively managing details and proofing artwork.
• Manage project estimates, budget and timelines with internal external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external agency partners.
• Adapt and work well with defined approaches, systems and processes.

You Must Have: 

• Bachelor Degree
• 7-10+ yrs creative project management experience
• CPG/Retail, consumer design experience
• Agency experience is preferred
