The Role:

Do you enjoy meeting new customers? We are currently looking for a Support Specialist that is great at making positive first impressions! In this role, you’ll be talking with new customers either face-to-face or on the telephone while performing various other functions in order for the company to run smoothly.

The Person:

You are a great communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. You have excellent time and organizational abilities as well as the ability to handle various projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously. Collaborating with your teammates entices you, plus you are a true self-starter!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide good first impressions to new and existing customers
  • Coordinate office activities
  • Provide administration support
  • Organize company events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce or Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience answering phones and office support a must
  • Previous experience working in an office environement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time and project management skills
