As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of contract management and implementation processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate post-contract signature activities, ensuring contracts are accurately implemented and tracked. In this position, you will support critical business operations by managing contract lifecycle activities, including pricing amendments, rebates, compliance, and end-of-term contract management.
You will work closely with the sales team, customer service, and finance to provide actionable insights, support contract compliance, and maintain best practices throughout the contract’s lifecycle. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects will be vital to driving success in this role.

Day in the Life of an Administrator:
- Manage contract implementation, including approvals and shipment coordination.
- Oversee pricing, contract amendments, rebates, and compliance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on contract-related processes.
- Act as a key liaison between sales, finance, and customer service.
- Ensure timely and accurate contract lifecycle activities and reporting.
Qualifications of an Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Contract Management, Customer Service, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in healthcare-related markets is a plus.
