As an Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Medical Education team by coordinating the planning and execution of medical education programs. You will collaborate with the Medical, Clinical, and Scientific Organization (MCSO) team, as well as the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC).
This role involves managing speaker agreements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and overseeing event logistics for both U.S. and global programs. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of program materials and proper documentation.

Day in the Life of an Analyst:
- Manage speaker agreements, from creation to execution, for U.S. and non-U.S. speakers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event planning and timely deliverables.
- Process and track speaker payments, including vendor setup, invoicing, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and corporate policies for faculty and participants.
- Upload program files pre- and post-event to the appropriate repository.
Qualifications of an Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in HCP contracting and event logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadline-driven tasks.
- Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
