As a Buyer, you will manage and execute purchasing system activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance for assigned projects. You will collaborate across departments to ensure efficient procurement processes and system updates, including new vendor additions.
Your focus will be on maintaining supplier relationships, taking an active role in leading system projects, and providing Excel-based reporting to management. You will work independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Day in the Life of a Buyer:
- Lead procurement activities, including vendor onboarding and negotiations.
- Create and manage Excel reports for project status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
- Manage and resolve procurement system-related issues and updates.
Qualifications of a Buyer:
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing and sourcing activities.
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or Coupa systems.
- Strong Excel skills, including creating visual reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
