As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of creative content projects, including managing a team of contributors and coordinating with freelance scrapbookers. You will own the content creation process from conception through to final publication, ensuring high-quality scrapbooking page examples are produced and shared with the community.
You will manage the Virtual Crop Facebook group, planning and publishing creative content, and maintaining an engaging and growing online presence. Your role also includes managing the content calendar for the blog, testing and editing project instructions, and leading the creation of instructional booklets.

Day in the Life of a Creative Project Manager:
- Manage and grow a team of creative contributors, overseeing the production of scrapbooking projects.
- Coordinate and lead the monthly Virtual Crop, including content planning and community engagement.
- Develop and manage the content calendar for the blog, ensuring timely publication of posts.
- Oversee the creation of instructional booklets, including testing and editing project instructions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field teams to introduce new content ideas and ensure high-performing content.
Qualifications of a Creative Project Manager:
- 4+ years of project management experience within a marketing or creative team.
- Proven creative eye for design and strong writing/editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for scrapbooking or a strong desire to learn.
