Drive new client sales revenue

As a Director of New Business Development, you will build and maintain a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities, ensuring the achievement of annual sales revenue goals.

Day in the Life of a Director of New Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to create a new client sales plan.
  • Develop a prospect list using sales pipeline technology.
  • Design sales outreach processes and campaigns.
  • Transition new clients to ongoing account management.
  • Conduct business conversations to build custom client solutions.

Qualifications of a Director of New Business Development:

  • 5-8 years of new business development in an Agency, Consultancy, or B2B/B2C role.
  • Experience in the building industry or related multi-channel/multi-audience industry.
  • 4+ years of understanding of marketing, digital, and data needs.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic client pitches.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA preferred.
