As a PR Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and executing innovative PR and influencer marketing strategies that captivate audiences and align with client KPIs. With a keen ability to mentor and guide a dynamic team, you will be the driving force behind strategic campaigns that capture attention and deliver measurable results.
This role focuses on leading client campaigns to success, fostering team growth, and capturing new business opportunities. Working closely with various teams, you will deliver integrated campaigns that fuse PR, influencer marketing, and social media for maximum impact.

Day in the Life of a PR Manager:
- Lead PR strategies aligning with client KPIs and objectives.
- Build and leverage media relationships across local, regional, and national platforms.
- Manage budgets and ensure all activities contribute to agency success.
- Guide integrated campaigns and oversee the PR team’s growth and development.
- Collaborate with new business team on client pitches and strategic campaigns
Qualifications of a PR Manager:
- 7-9 years in public relations, ideally with strong media relations experience.
- 3+ years in an agency setting is preferred.
- Proven track record in team management and development.
- 5+ years in strategic PR, communications, or marketing.
- Strong project management, budgeting skills, and familiarity with earned media strategies
