As a Regulatory Project Manager, you will oversee the coordination and trafficking of global marketing materials through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process. Working closely with the GSM operations team, global marketing managers, and regulatory review teams, you will ensure that all materials are processed efficiently and with minimal risk.
You will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and escalating issues when necessary. Your ability to track and manage these assets through the lifecycle is essential to the success of this role.

Day in the Life of a Regulatory Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with previous coordination experience.
Qualifications of a Regulatory Project Manager:
- Experience working with medical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams.
- Background in highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with taxonomy and metadata development and adherence.
