As a Regulatory Windchill Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy of Global Regulatory Library (GRL) approval records by validating and updating metadata within Windchill. You will pull data from Windchill, create tracking sheets, and ensure all records match specific country templates and metadata standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with in-country affiliates to resolve discrepancies and keep records updated according to global standards.

Day in the Life of a Regulatory Windchill Coordinator:
- Manage Windchill approval records by pulling, downloading, and organizing data.
- Validate and update metadata fields, such as approval dates, models, and certificates.
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with affiliates to resolve issues.
- Ensure naming conventions and metadata fields align with global standards.
- Communicate updates on expired records or out-of-sync approvals.
Qualifications of a Regulatory Windchill Coordinator:
- High school diploma required.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems.
- Initiative to ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks.
