As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage and execute recruitment strategies for our client’s U.S. Diabetes Engineering team. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, source diverse talent, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Your role will involve evaluating candidates, managing the applicant tracking system, and providing exceptional candidate care.
By leveraging digital tools and networking, you will develop strong talent pipelines to meet the evolving needs of the team. Your work will contribute to transforming diabetes care by attracting top engineering talent to drive innovation.

Day in the Life of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job specifications and negotiate starting salaries.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong pipeline.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and create reports for metrics analysis.
- Oversee background checks, references, and the onboarding process.
- Provide outstanding candidate care and identify areas for recruitment process improvement.
Qualifications of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in engineering recruitment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with employment regulations (EEO, AAP, OFCCP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS/Workday).
