As a Service Contracts Team Coordinator, you will oversee the administration and coordination of service contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in service agreements, monitor timelines, and ensure all contracts meet compliance standards.
Your role will involve managing contract databases, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting the Service Contracts Team with daily tasks. You will focus on improving the efficiency of contract management processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent customer support.

Day in the Life of a Service Contracts Team Coordinator:
- Manage and update service contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve contract discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Monitor contract timelines and ensure timely renewals and updates.
- Maintain organized contract records and manage databases.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Contracts Team.
Qualifications of a Service Contracts Team Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in contract management or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
