As a Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts across our client's business. You will utilize a strong marketing background, sales involvement, and team management to create impactful marketing initiatives.

• Type: Permanent
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

A Day In The Life

• Lead and coordinate marketing efforts across print, digital, and in-store channels with a sales-oriented emphasis.
• Oversee and develop the marketing team.
• Manage business plans that cover sales, margins, and expense limits.
• Develop web, digital, and social media strategies, and provide recommendations for marketing promotions.

Your Qualifications

Experience

• 6-8+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Experience working in an agriculture business is a plus

Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated creativity, as well as having an eye for design and layout
