As a Human Resources Manager, you will act as the lead person for human resources (HR), managing the administration of companywide human resource policies, procedures, and programs.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Work with employees and managers to continually create positive employee relations within the organization.
  • Assist in the research and implementation of a variety of HR initiatives and solutions to achieve company goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and gather and analyze information on company benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, leave of absence, and employee assistance. (ADP, Global PEO, MRA, etc.)
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Your Experience

  • Seven plus years of experience in human resources or related field
  • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills that produce desired results
  • Excellent active listening, decision-making, team building, and customer service abilities
  • Ability to learn and apply new competencies and information as to enhance individual job performance and make recommendations to the department

Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
  •  Current holder of Certified PHR or SHRM-CP designation desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
