As a Sr. Media Strategist, you will be part of a cross-functional team organized around key growth areas for our client. You will be responsible for developing multi-channel paid media strategies (both traditional and digital) for a variety of marketing campaigns.

  • Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

A Day In The Life

  • Build media strategy through platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.
  • Make data-driven decisions to arrive at the most appropriate recommendation based on campaign goals.
  • Use advanced problem-solving skills to figure out how to best communicate our client's message on various platforms.
  • Facilitate strong project organization of multiple campaigns as it relates to key aspects: communication, education, timing and budget management.

Your Qualifications


  • 6+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing omni-channel media campaigns (including but not limited to: digital display/video, email, social media, outdoor, print, and broadcast)
  • Proven experience with traditional and digital media platforms and campaign best practices, optimization strategies and actionable reporting
  • Experience partnering with agencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Business, Computer Science or related field (will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEM and SEO
