As a Technical Customer Support representative, you will provide information and product support for technical and non-technical aspects of our client's products.

  • Type: Contract
  • Duration: 2 years
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) or Remote

A Day In The Life

  • Provide contact center support.
  • Escalate any identified gaps in process or product information necessary to respond to customer contacts.
  • Provide accurate technical and non-technical information to callers as well as cross-functional and international partners.
  • Document all customer contacts utilizing current procedures/work instructions for data collection and reporting.

Your Qualifications


  • Demonstrated experience in a regulated environment
  • Customer Service and/or Call Center Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Medical Device product knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
