As a Patient Service Specialist, you will provide customer and technical support for customers and product training. 

  • Type: Contract
  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Irving, TX (Remote after training)

A Day In The Life

  • Troubleshoot customer needs and program devices.
  • Identify gaps in process or product information necessary to respond to customer contacts.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and partners.
  • Document all customer contacts utilizing current procedures for data collection and reporting.

Your Qualifications

Experience

  • Prior medical device implementation experience or lab technician experience
  • Customer Service experience is a plus

Credentials

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate's Degree is a plus
