Creating a diverse and inclusive culture take more than tactical efforts that give the appearance of diversity: it requires the inspiration of a strategy mind shift that guides inclusive perspectives in all areas of the business. This final session in our DEI series will dig into more nuanced areas of inspiration to create environments that value cultural and lifestyle differences and where colleagues feel valued, supported and heard.
