He understands that buying decisions are based not only on a marketer’s ability to drive awareness, interest, trial, and adoption. In a B2B setting, they are also based on the efficacy of the sales force to position and consult with the customer and ultimately close sales.  The combination of both marketing and sales focus has enabled Bryan and his team to create programs that help customers and sales professionals to find the right solutions for their business challenges.

​Before joining Tennant Company, Bryan held management roles at Thomson Reuters and General Mills.  Bryan earned his BA and MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Before joining Experity, Young served as senior director of growth marketing at Anaplan, where she led the company’s global growth marketing and business development organization. Prior to Anaplan, she was the director of marketing and business development at Great Bay Software.

Mike Bernard
Vice President Product Marketing | OptimizelyMike is hyper-focused on using cutting-edge marketing technology and messaging that resonates with buyers to drive revenue growth. He wants to use every piece of data he can get his hands on to figure out better, faster, more efficient ways of moving deals through a sales pipeline.
