About the March event:
Join us on March 2nd to hear from Celarity Recruiters, Katie Larson, Jessica Reedy, and Matt Grounds as they walk you through the pros and cons of specializing within the Marketing, Creative, and Digital industries as well as remaining a generalist. In today’s competitive world, employers hire both, and how you present yourself will depend on your goals and the job opportunity at hand.
In this virtual networking event, you’ll gain knowledge on how to demonstrate elements of both (the specialist & generalist) to set yourself out from the rest. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to network with Recruiters as well as other industry professionals who are asking themselves the same question – is it better to be a specialist or generalist?
What to expect:
- Learn the pros and cons of both becoming a specialist and generalist
- Gain insight on how to demonstrate both elements in your interview or resume
- Develop knowledge on the differences between generalist & specialist to make better career decisions
