In times like these, it’s easy to stay stuck: stop learning, stop innovating, stop everything. Between a pandemic that’s upended daily life, a reckoning on racial justice, and staggering economic uncertainty, there’s a lot to distract us from our plans and roadmaps right now.
And yet, the choices we make today will have a profound impact on our audiences—audiences who are facing all those same anxieties and inequities that we are. So how can we step out of the fear of this moment, and show up as the courageous leaders our customers—and our own organizations—need?

In this talk, we’ll explore common ways teams get stuck during difficult times—stuck in limiting beliefs, unhelpful habits, avoidance, and fear. And then we’ll talk about how breaking out of binary thinking can get us unstuck, and help us generate creative ideas that keep our products—and our teams—moving forward in humane and inclusive ways.

What You’ll Learn:
• How to set fear aside and focus on creative opportunities
• Leadership skills that make an impact in this moment (and beyond)
• Skills for getting your team, project, or yourself un-stuck

Who It’s For:
• Project and team leads
• Managers and directors
• Content marketers and strategists
• Designers and creators
• Anyone who works as part of a team (or with other people)
