In an increasingly socially-conscious environment, consumers will only be loyal to those brands who truly speak to their diverse wants and needs. While hiring a diverse team is a good step in the right direction, agencies & clients need to uncover their own biases that can lead to blind spots in the creative work.
On May 14, join MIMA and facilitators from The BrandLab for a unique workshop where participants will learn ways to identify personal and collective biases that could hinder the ability to resonate with diverse consumers. In addition, this workshop will provide you with opportunities to reflect on personal and collective biases that could be present during all phases of your creative process.
Be ready to challenge assumptions with your peers and dig deep to authentically connect with target audiences.
