Fear, imposter syndrome, past experiences can all get in the way. But, as with all of life’s challenges the right tools and a little practice might be just what you need to negotiate your salary or freelance rates, ask for more talent to support your drowning team or make sure your workplace is set up to accommodate your changing needs — think new mothers without a place to pump.
