He also specializes in brand engagement and building online communities through a unique blend of poetry and branding. Over the past five years, across various social networks, he’s built a highly active, online community of brands, celebrities, writers, social media pundits, and individuals.

Golnaz is the founder and creator behind the award-winning food Instagram account, Eat.Drink.Dish MPLS, which recently reached 55,000 followers. She has received City Pages Readers’ Choice “Best Instagram” for 4 consecutive years, and the 1st Annual Zagat Foodie Award. In 2018, she started offering marketing and social media consulting services under her parent company, Eclectic Media LLC. In December, she’ll launch her third venture, Foodpreneur Success, a collaborative educational platform aimed to educate and empower entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry.

Michele Phillips is a Minneapolis-based Food Blogger, Writer, Photographer, and Content Creator. She publishes recipes at BaconFatte.com which celebrates “new classic” cooking and no-recipe recipes as well as food-related travel stories. When she’s not developing recipes, writing about, photographing, or promoting food and cooking, Michele provides marketing and social media services to small businesses in the restaurant, retail, service, and travel industries. In her spare time, Michele can be found in the kitchen (naturally!), in the garden, traveling, tasting her way through the menus of her favorite restaurants – and Instagramming about all of it!
