SMBMSP – Inside Influencer Marketing
April 25 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Free – $15
While influencer marketing may appear to be a quick and easy form of advertising in today’s social media landscape, many don’t understand the time and effort required to make these campaigns truly valuable to brands and their leaders. Today’s influencer marketing programs not only need to prove strong engagement and impressions, but also need to show that these dollars provide value beyond just a superficial social post.
The influencer marketing world is changing on a daily basis. With countless creators at your fingertips, and dozens of tools and companies boasting to provide the “best and latest” technologies and practices, how to you know what is actually worth your time and money?
Maggie LaMaack will walk you through the influencer marketing process, from initial planning, choosing and briefing influencers to tools, measurement and reporting. While most of the discussion will focus on B2C audiences (with a focus on CPG brands), information from the discussion will also be applicable to all forms of influencer marketing.
The last 15-30 minutes of the presentation will be a group Q&A/discussion forum where audience members will be encouraged to share tips and tricks of the trade, and what is working for their companies in this rapidly changing influencer world. We’re all in this crazy industry together, after all.
This event is on Thursday: We’re moving to Thursdays for the Sping & Summer
Parking Note: Construction and ramp closings have reduced the number of available spots in the area. Please plan for extra time to find on-street, metered parking spaces.
