Join Celarity & The Brandlabs in the Fearless workshop titled Unpacking Creative Blindspots, participants will dive into a Fearless Conversation around the work we produce. Marketing to diverse audiences and backgrounds, while well-intentioned, can lead to missed opportunities or even destroy a brand’s relationship with the consumer if done without recognizing our own biases. Participants will review and analyze recent ads with their peers and gain insights and learn tips through conversation. Be ready to challenge assumptions and dig deep to authentically connect with target audiences.

Who are they?

The BrandLab is a national nonprofit that has worked to introduce, guide, and prepare students with marginalized identities for the marketing and advertising industry. Additionally, The BrandLab works with the marketing and advertising industry to create inclusive workspaces to make sure that all people can succeed and thrive in the workplace.
