UXPA Minnesota: Strategies for Measuring UX / Research Lab Tours
September 12, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
How do you measure user experience? We have many ways to gather feedback from users, customers, and partners, but how do mature UX teams use metrics? What metrics are worth measuring? Is it worth measuring at all?
This talk will cover why, what and when to measure as well as common metrics used by UX teams like the System Usability Scale (SUS), Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other ways to measure efficiency, satisfaction, and performance. We’ll also discuss some of the lessons learned from using metrics broadly across many products and projects over time.
Lab Tours(during networking time)
Guided tours will be offered of Optum’s multi-purpose research lab. Limited tour spots will be available due to time constraints, so arrive right at 6:00 to get in line for a tour.
