What is talent advising?

Talent advising is a strategic consulting service where an experienced recruiting partner works alongside your HR or leadership team — not just to fill roles, but to assess hiring processes, identify workforce gaps, and build a more effective long-term people strategy. Celarity’s Talent Advising service is powered by Predictive Index, a scientifically validated behavioral and cognitive assessment platform.

Celarity’s Talent Advising service includes four core areas: validated hiring using behavioral and cognitive assessments, job target profiles, and structured interview guides; leadership development with career pathing, manager coaching tools, and peer relationship building; team development to align people to company strategy and get the right people in the right seats; and employee engagement surveys with insights into team dynamics and manager effectiveness.

Predictive Index (PI) is a scientifically validated behavioral and cognitive assessment platform used to make data-driven people decisions. Celarity uses PI within its Talent Advising service to define success profiles for each role, validate hiring decisions, identify leadership strengths and gaps, build stronger teams, and help managers coach and develop their people more effectively.
