The Leadership Collective is an invite-only peer group that meets in person four times a year. Each cohort is organized by function — Marketing, HR, Executive, and more — so you’re in a room with people navigating similar challenges, not a random mix of professionals.

Members bring their own challenges, questions, and ideas — and the group works through them together. A facilitator helps guide the conversation, but the direction comes from the people in the room.

Groups stay small by design. The same people, meeting in person four times a year. That consistency is what makes it work.

90-minute morning sessions, four times a year. No virtual option — the in-person dynamic is the point.

A facilitator helps guide the conversation, but members bring the topics. This is your meeting.

5% of all membership revenue goes to Boys & Girls Clubs of America in support of youth career readiness — part of Celarity’s mission to create happy careers.
