In this workshop, you will understand how to challenge assumed constraints, activate your points of power, practice being proactive in asking for direction and support, and learn how to set SMART goals.
Guest author, Craig Weber, will join our capstone workshop to discuss the power of conversational capacity for constructive, learning-focused dialogue about difficult subjects, in challenging circumstances, and across tough boundaries.
In this workshop, you'll learn how you can foster a team where candor and courage are balanced with curiosity and humility.
