Who:

• Young adults in their freshman year of college through the first 3 years into their career.
• Experienced professionals with 3+ years in the marketing, creative & digital industry and a desire to support a diverse and inclusive job force.

Why: Learning how to create connections through networking is an important skill to propel your career. Up to 80% of jobs are found through personal networks.
