Search Marketing Manager

Job Description

As a Search Marketing Manager, you will lead our search marketing initiatives to support client retention, growth, and team development, ensuring the highest standards of delivery.

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Day in the Life:

• Lead search marketing strategies and execution to meet client and company goals.
• Analyze and optimize search campaigns for maximum performance.
• Mentor and develop the search marketing team for continuous improvement.
• Manage client relationships and participate in client communications.
• Oversee budget management, pacing, and forecasting.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in search marketing management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO, paid media, and digital analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational abilities for task completion on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a search marketing role.
