What is the Reward for a Candidate Referral?

    When your referral gains an interview with one of our clients.

    Visa Gift Card

    When your referral has worked for at least 60 working days in their new job, you will receive a $500 Visa gift card

What is the Reward for a Client Referral?

    Do you know someone hiring? We can help! When we have made a placement with that client, you will receive your $500 Visa gift card. Meet the requirements (below) to be eligible.

What are the requirements?

For referring a candidate:

Candidates must be new to working with Celarity

Candidates must be placed within 6 months of the referral

Referred candidates must work at least 100 hours

Referred candidate must mention you as the source of their referral

For referring a hiring manager:

Client contact must be new to working with Celarity

Clients must use our service within 6 months of the referral

Referred Client contact must mention you as the source of their referral

Referred clients must use our service at least 100 hours
