Katie Larson, Celarity Recruiting Manager, Wins ASA’s Women in Leadership Scholarship

Alexandria, VA, August 11, 2021— The American Staffing Association today announced that Katie Larson of Celarity, Inc., Donita Ross of HealthCarousel, and Tiffany Willis, CSP, of High Profile Staffing have been named the recipients of ASA’s Women in Leadership Scholarships. 

Established in 2020, the Women in Leadership Scholarship program honors rising stars who show exemplary professional growth potential and a commitment to a career in the staffing and recruiting industry.

“We are thrilled to recognize Tiffany, Donita, and Katie for their accomplishments in their staffing career thus far and for their high career potential moving forward,” said  ASA Women in Leadership Scholarship Task Force Chair and Arevo Group Associate Vice President Maggie Williams. “With over 50 applications this year, their applications stood out as exceptional emerging leaders in our industry, and we are excited that their career growth will be accelerated by attending Staffing World 2021 and the Women in Leadership THRIVE: Live pre-convention program in September.” 

Each recipient will attend both of the following events at no charge: THRIVE: Live at Staffing World 2021 pre-convention program on Sept. 27–28 and Staffing World, Sept. 28–30; both events take place at the beautiful Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver. 

This scholarship program is possible thanks to support from Assurance, a founding sponsor of the ASA women in leadership interest group. Additional women in leadership interest group sponsors are Anthem, Bullhorn, ClearEdge Marketing, Mee Derby, and WorkN.

Katie Larson, Celarity Inc. 

A six-year veteran of Celarity who’s received multiple promotions during her tenure, Katie Larson has helped more than 250 candidates in the marketing industry land positions at more than 60 organizations throughout the country. She also serves as a Celarity brand ambassador who has spoken at events throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul region. Katie received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. 

Donita Ross brings nearly three decades of acute hospital experience to her role as the Director of Nursing and Quality Improvement for Health Carousel. A Cincinnati native, she has developed and led several multi-state educational conferences and specialty certification review courses and has spoken at regional, national, and international conferences. Donita received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters in Nursing Administration from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Tiffany Willis

Tiffany joined High Profile Staffing in 2017 and serves as a Recruiter in the Finance and Accounting division.  A member of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas. In addition to receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas and Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Tiffany received her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association.
