Role Overview
As a Social Media Content Application & Engagement Specialist, you will lead the creation of engaging content across our client’s social media channels to boost brand awareness. Partner with diverse teams to develop creative assets and align social strategies with brand goals. Analyze and communicate KPIs to enhance audience engagement and growth. Your insights will contribute to trend leadership within the organization. Participate actively in monitoring and interaction to maintain brand voice consistency and quality standards.
Day in the Life
- Create and execute engaging social media content 3-5 times per week.
- Partner with R&D and agency teams to develop creative assets.
- Analyze and report on social media KPIs; refine strategies for engagement.
- Lead social media trend initiatives; communicate trends to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with consumers and influencers, maintaining brand voice standards.
Your Qualifications
- 3 years of social media management experience on key platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.
- Prior experience with consumer brand content creation.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
