Creating inclusive connections for ALL talent

Inclusive Connections

We believe a key part of creating happy careers is first creating inclusive connections for ALL talent through exposure and access to the marketing, creative, and digital communities.

Celarity and The Brand Lab

A joint mission to change the face and voice of the marketing industry

The BrandLab (TBL) and Celarity’s strategic partnership is an alliance to create inclusive connections for diverse talent while changing the face and the voice of the marketing industry.

Celarity and TBL have successfully partnered together since 2013 to address high school students’ racial and socioeconomic barriers in learning about and accessing jobs.

We know the importance of providing exposure, access, opportunity, and equity and identified a need to expand services beyond high school — a new College and Beyond program was formed.

The College and Beyond program is an extension of TBL’s current offering, grounded in addressing the racial and socioeconomic barriers, with a focus on college students through three years post-graduation.

Celarity’s mission is to connect open, qualified, and available candidates to marketing, creative, and digital careers.

Based on this shared alignment, this extended partnership is an excellent opportunity for TBL and Celarity to support the next generation of marketing, creative, and digital professionals.
