We’re a competitive lot – but we know how to keep things civil. We use in-house competitions to our advantage. If we ever go bowling as a team, watch out for Connor (right). Not necessarily the best bowler, he still takes competition seriously (even though he’s way too friendly to be a rude competitor)!

We Make Decisions Together

Led by Managing Partners Robert and John Arnold, we have quick, agile team meetings twice a day and get together to discuss quarterly and yearly successes and opportunities. We move as one, and the team is brought in on major decisions that can affect their careers.
