Welcome to Celarity!

Every employee is greeted by our team in a special way the first week on the job: we throw a happy hour where everyone gets to know a bit about each other. Plus, you get an awesome welcome package with items like these on the right!

In-House Competition

We’re a competitive lot – but we know how to keep things civil. We use in-house competitions to our advantage. From outbound phone call competitions to our team favorite, TOP 10, we thrive in a fun and competitive environment.

If we ever go bowling as a team, watch out for Connor (left). Not necessarily the best bowler, he still takes competition seriously (even though he's way too friendly to be a rude competitor)!


Those hardworking hours pay off when we hear the sweet sound of the gong. When someone makes a placement or has achieved something special, the victor hits the gong and the team gathers to dole out high-fives and congratulate them. Since moving to a mostly remote environment, our Recruiting Manager, Brendan, has been pulling out the virtual gong to celebrate placements.

We Make Decisions Together

Lead by Managing Partners Robert and John Arnold, not only do we have quick, agile team meetings twice a day, but we also get together to discuss quarterly and yearly successes and opportunities. We move as one and the team is brought in on major decisions that can affect their careers.

How We Celebrate

Team Outings / Virtual Get-Togethers

We hang out a lot on lunch breaks and outside of work but we also schedule time out of the office as a team. When we hit our quarterly goal, we take a short Friday and go have some fun. From mini-golf and lawn bowling to brewery tours, the Celarity crew knows how to have a good time.

In 2020, after shifting to a mostly remote environment, our team has started finding new ways to celebrate and connect. From themed happy hours to virtual cooking events, Celarity team members always find time for fun!

Celarity Lunch Celebrations

Every month that we have an anniversary or birthday, we celebrate by ordering lunch for the team! Some of our favorites are Big Bowl, Jason’s Deli, Chipotle, and Gyropolis

2020 changed a lot. But, we still do lunches together! John or Robert simply sends out a Doordash gift card and we all hop on a virtual meeting for some conversation and fun!

Birthday & Anniversary Recognitions

Not only do we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries monthly as a team with lunch on Celarity, but we also send a special package to each employee for their anniversary and birthday every year.

Rock Star of the Month

The Rock Star of the Month is the individual with the most nominations during the month. To get nominated you have to be caught in the act of doing something helpful, professional, or displaying a passion for “Creating Happy Careers”. It could also be for doing something downright nice for another team member. The winner gets to choose from a stack of envelopes that may have cold-hard cash or a generous gift card to a restaurant, store, and something else. Plus, they get a pin, their name on the board, and are presented the Rock Star Trophy to proudly display until the next month.


The Phipps Vision Legacy Award

Each quarter a teammate is presented with The Phipps Vision Legacy Award. Created to celebrate Celarity team members who embody our values of helpfulness, professionalism, and passion, it is also meant to recognize a member of the team who went above and beyond to fulfill our mission of Creating happy careers with meaningful connections.
