What is talent advising?

Talent Advising is a strategic people consulting service where Celarity works alongside your HR or leadership team to improve hiring decisions, develop leaders, design high-performing teams, and build a stronger people strategy. Every Talent Advising engagement is powered by Predictive Index® — a scientifically validated behavioral and cognitive assessment platform used by 700+ companies and half the Fortune 500.

Our Talent Advising service covers five core areas: validated hiring (PI®-screened hiring scorecards and structured interview guides), leadership development, team design, employee engagement, and people management coaching. Engagements are scoped to your specific challenge — we don’t offer one-size-fits-all programs.

Predictive Index® is a scientifically validated behavioral and cognitive assessment platform. As a certified PI® partner, Celarity uses it to build hiring scorecards, assess leadership fit, design team structures, and diagnose engagement challenges. It’s the same platform used by half the Fortune 500 — applied to your specific people challenges.

Talent Advising is most valuable during moments of change or growth: a leadership transition, rapid scaling, a merger or acquisition, high turnover in key roles, or when hiring decisions consistently aren’t working out. You don’t have to wait for a crisis — the earlier you bring us in, the more value we can deliver.

Permanent Search and Interim fill roles. Talent Advising improves the systems, decisions, and team dynamics around those roles. Many clients use all three — hiring through Permanent Search or Interim, then using Talent Advising to ensure new hires integrate well and teams perform at their best.
