Permanent Search is Celarity’s direct hire recruiting service — sourcing, screening, and placing full-time candidates directly onto your payroll. Unlike contract staffing, a permanent hire joins your team from day one with full access to benefits, compensation, and career growth. Every Celarity shortlist is screened through the Predictive Index® for behavioral and cognitive fit before you see a single résumé.
How does Celarity's Permanent Search process work?
We start with a discovery conversation to understand your team, culture, and role requirements. From there, we tap into our proprietary network of 90,000+ professionals — including candidates who aren’t actively looking and would never apply to a job posting — and deliver a PI®-screened shortlist typically within 30 days.
What is your Permanent Search pricing model?
We work on a contingency basis — you only pay when we successfully place a candidate. Our fee is a percentage of the placed candidate’s first-year base salary. Contact us for specific pricing.
