Direct-hire recruiting is the process of sourcing, vetting, and placing a candidate directly onto a client company’s payroll as a permanent, full-time employee. Unlike contract staffing, a direct hire joins your team from day one with full access to company benefits, compensation, and career growth.

Celarity starts with a discovery call, then sources across multiple channels using passive and active outreach. Candidates are pre-screened through résumé review, phone screens, and face-to-face interviews before presentation. Celarity coordinates the full interview process with coaching support, offers Predictive Index assessments, provides compensation strategy and offer alignment, and stays engaged through 30-day, 90-day, and ongoing post-hire reviews.
What is your recruiting pricing model?
Celarity’s contingent search fee is 20–30% of the candidate’s first-year earnings, paid only when you hire one of our candidates. Factors affecting the fee include exclusivity, search complexity, role difficulty, location flexibility, and volume. An engagement fee may apply for complex searches.

Staffing places professionals on Celarity’s payroll for contract or freelance engagements. Recruiting places candidates permanently on your payroll as full-time employees. Celarity offers both depending on your needs.
Do you offer contract-to-hire options?
Yes. Celarity offers contract-to-hire solutions where you bring on a professional as a contractor first, then convert to full-time if it’s a strong fit. The fee is calculated as a percentage of first-year salary and decreases based on hours worked. There are no fees if either party decides not to move forward.

Celarity’s recruiting guarantee is among the longest in the industry: 100% fee waived when replacing talent within the first 0–3 months, 50% fee waived within 4–12 months, and 10% fee waived within 1–5 years.
What happens if a placement doesn’t work out?
Celarity’s Brand Promise Guarantee covers every placement — if a hire doesn’t work out within a defined period, Celarity will re-recruit at no additional cost based on the guarantee tier.
