Celarity’s staffing pricing is simple and transparent — you’ll know the hourly bill rate before your consultant starts. The rate is based on skills, experience, availability, location, and hours per week. You approve weekly timecards, and invoices follow the following week. No surprises.

Yes. Celarity offers contract, freelance, and contract-to-hire solutions. For contract-to-hire, the fee is calculated as a percentage of first-year salary and decreases the more hours worked. There are no fees if either party decides not to move forward.

Celarity’s staffing guarantee means if a placement doesn’t work out within the first five working days, Celarity refunds up to 40 hours of time and replaces the candidate at no additional cost.

Yes — Celarity’s contract-to-hire option lets you bring on a professional as a contractor first, then convert them to a full-time employee if it’s a strong fit. The conversion fee decreases based on hours worked.
