What is your Staffing pricing model?
Celarity’s staffing pricing is simple and transparent — you’ll know the hourly bill rate before your consultant starts. The rate is based on skills, experience, availability, location, and hours per week. You approve weekly timecards, and invoices follow the following week. No surprises.

Staffing refers to contract, freelance, or temporary placements where the professional remains on Celarity’s payroll. Recruiting is for permanent, full-time roles where the candidate joins your payroll directly. Celarity offers both depending on your hiring needs.
Do you offer contract-to-hire or temporary options?
Yes. Celarity offers contract, freelance, and contract-to-hire solutions. For contract-to-hire, the fee is calculated as a percentage of first-year salary and decreases the more hours worked. There are no fees if either party decides not to move forward.

Celarity starts with a discovery call to understand your role and goals, then sources, screens, and presents top candidates. We coordinate interviews, handle references, manage onboarding and compliance, and provide ongoing support and weekly check-ins throughout the engagement.
What happens if a contract placement doesn't work out?
Celarity’s staffing guarantee means if a placement doesn’t work out within the first five working days, Celarity refunds up to 40 hours of time and replaces the candidate at no additional cost.

Yes — Celarity places contract talent at startups, mid-sized firms, and enterprise organizations across a wide range of industries and team sizes.
How do you source and screen candidates?

Can we interview candidates before making a decision?
Yes — you’ll always have the opportunity to meet and evaluate candidates before moving forward with a placement.
Do you conduct background and reference checks?
Reference checks are standard on every placement. Background checks are available upon request.
What is the difference between a contractor and a full-time employee?
A contractor works for a defined period on Celarity’s payroll — Celarity handles taxes, benefits, and compliance. A full-time employee is a permanent hire on your own payroll with full company benefits and long-term employment. Contract staffing is ideal when you need flexibility, speed, or specialized skills for a defined period.
Can a contract placement convert to a full-time hire?
Yes — Celarity’s contract-to-hire option lets you bring on a professional as a contractor first, then convert them to a full-time employee if it’s a strong fit. The conversion fee decreases based on hours worked.
